Exploration meeting

The Exploration meeting is the first stage in the process of developing a life plan and building an ongoing relationship with Planning for Life.

It is also an opportunity for you to discover how we work and what we charge.

However, it is in the main an opportunity for you to explore your current situation, your life, your money, your attitude to money. It also helps you to work out what you want from your financial planner, indeed to decide if you need a planner at all.

Exploration meetings usually last between one and two hours and consist of:

• Brief introduction from Jeremy Deedes CFP
• Your story, which usually takes up the bulk of the meeting
• Conclusion, in which we will talk about how Planning for Life might help, next steps and estimated costs
• Post-meeting follow up including a mindmap summary of our discussions

Exploration meetings are free, in confidence and without commitment. However, in order to avoid wasting your time and ours we would expect you to have looked at this website and to be genuinely interested in looking at whether Planning for Life can help you.
